Gallant Jacket Knitting Pattern
Digital Download available in English
Gallant Jacket is a modern take on the classic raglan silhouette, worked in a chunky (but light) weight yarn with cohesive details. The construction begins at the neck and flows seamlessly downward, allowing effortless length adjustments to both the body and sleeves for a truly customized fit.
Clean, raglan increases define the yoke creating crisp lines. The finished edges are refined with a polished i-cord bind-off that frames the entire garment, neckline, hem, and cuffs. The front button band is worked in double knitting, adding structured finish with a satisfying weight and density. The silhouette is relaxed and slightly cropped, designed to sit at a modern, flattering length straight off the needles while remaining entirely adaptable for those who prefer a longer drape.
